Our team members choose to live and work at sea because of the opportunities for traveling, meeting new people, improving their professional skills and earning a good living.

We recruit most of our officers, crew and staff through our approved network of employment agencies, also known as manning agencies. These agencies locate, screen and interview potential crew members on our behalf and are based primarily in Peru, India, Romania, Thailand, Italy, Croatia, Indonesia, South Africa and the Philippines. We are not limited to those countries and typically recruit qualified employees from more than 100 countries.
