The Food & Beverage department is the largest department on board comprising of various areas working together to cater to our guest’s food and beverage needs. From mouth-watering meals to deliciously refreshing cocktails, the food and beverage department works around the clock to ensure our guests receive world class service, award winning cuisine and memorable experiences at all our bars, restaurants and lounges. Entry level positions within this department include waiters, cooks, bar servers, hotel stewards and galley stewards, however there are numerous management and supervisory positions as well as opportunities for career advancement.

Food & Beverage Management
The management positions within this department require self motivated candidates with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. They must have a pleasant personality, be fluent in conversational & written English and be able to positively motivate and lead our Food & Beverage team. Must be extremely quality conscious and be familiar with accounting systems and practices, food costs and beverage cost structures and inventory management. Computer skills (MS Office) are another strong requirement.

Part of a great, memorable Carnival Cruise vacation is the fresh, quality cuisine served around the clock on all our vessels and the Culinary Arts department needs skilled, energetic cooks and chefs to join us in this endeavor. The Culinary Arts department includes chefs, sous chefs, buffet pantry men, pastry chefs and cooks.
Bar Guest Services
The guest bar services department is a team of lively, efficient Bar Staff who provides gracious and prompt service at all our beverage locations on board. Excellent hospitality skills coupled with a good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines is all you need to become part of a department that contributes so much to the FUN created on board. The Bar Guest Services department includes the Bar Manager, asst bar manager, bartenders and bar waiters.
One of the many highlights of our guest’s cruise vacations is the incredible dining experience offered on board. Our energetic, friendly and professional restaurant service staff provides world-class service while creating a fun, festive atmosphere in all of our restaurants on board.
The Restaurant Service Department includes Maitre D’s, Asst Maitre D’s, Hostesses, Team Waiters and Team Head Waiters
Playing a key role behind the scenes, the Auxiliary Services department ensures Carnival Cruise Line’s high standards of public health and cleanliness are achieved by maintaining spotlessly clean service areas in all galleys and pantries on board. The Auxiliary Services department needs hardworking, dedicated team players with a positive attitude and sense of pride in being an indispensible part of the Food & Beverage department.
